1. Acceptance & Service Description
By accessing or using AI Room Design Tool, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. AI Room Design Tool provides AI-assisted room redesign tools based on photos and prompts.
AI Room Design Tool is an independent product that uses third-party AI services. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers of those AI models.
⚠️ Notice: Generated designs are visual concepts and do not constitute architectural, structural, engineering, legal, or construction advice.
2. User Eligibility & Input Content
You retain ownership of your Input photos and prompts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process them.
Do not submit content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or confidentiality rights.
3. AI Output & Practical Guidelines
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use AI-generated Output for lawful purposes. We do not guarantee that Output is unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
Before purchasing furniture or performing construction, independently verify dimensions, materials, costs, and contractor recommendations.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service to:
- Engage in or facilitate unlawful activities.
- Generate, request, upload, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content or images, or other infringing, fraudulent, hateful, or harmful content.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload systems.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or billing mechanisms.
5. Credits, Billing & Service Limits
The service uses credits and offers free trials or paid packages. Pricing and credit rules apply as displayed during purchase.
To request a payment refund, contact support with your order details. If a full refund is approved and none of that purchase's credits were used, those credits are removed automatically. Partial refunds or purchases with used credits require manual review. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We reserve the right to update, limit, or modify features or AI models for maintenance, operational, or security reasons.
6. Intellectual Property & Liability
The service and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
